Parent Interface & Roald Dahl Birthday Celebration
The Shri Ram Universal School, Sarabha Nagar, a leading educational institution of Ludhiana with its own unique identity in the field of education, organized a Parent Interface along with Roald Dahl's birthday in their school campus on 29th September, 2022 (Thursday) in a bodaious manner to represent & raise the artistic as well as qualitative interests hidden within the school students. World's famous English writer Roald Dahl's birthday was celebrated with great enthusiasm. During this special event which was been organized , all the children of the school presented their own thought through a special assembly on Parent Interface Day.
Mr. Gurpreet Bansal the director of the organisation, who came to shower his love and blessings to all the children of the school to make today's event a success. He shared his thoughts with the guests present and the parents of the children and said that the children of today's era should be aware about the lives of the famous personalities of the world and the proud achievements recorded by them. Getting it done is the need of an hour. Taking inspiration from the achievements made by them, they can achieve success in illuminating the name of the country. He further added that in order to achieve this objective, the birthday of famous English writer 'Roald Dahl' was celebrated in a very attractive manner by the children in the school premises today. He is a source of inspiration for all of us. Mr. Gurpreet Bansal said that before Roald Dahl became a writer, he served in the Royal Air Force and participated with a great valor in the First World War. He later emerged as a writer and soon became a famous writer of children's literature due to his honest thinking and excellent writing.
During the programme, the Principal of the school Dr. Navneet Kaur shared her thoughts and added that "such idealistic events help in creating new consciousness and enthusiasm among children."
Finally, Mrs. Jaya Bansal, the Advisor of the organization too graced her presence in the event, followed by the parents of the children. Whereas, students of LKG showcased their activities through a wonderful presentation followed by the junior grades. Later, report cards were also been distributed.
